We head outside to make our way to lle Sauvage Brewing, where wild fermentation gives beers undeniably unique flavors. As we wind our way through the streets of Rock Bay on this 3 hour walking tour, we will get up close and personal with Victoria’s favorite street art murals. This tour will cover the major players on beer field, including; Ale’s, Pale Ale’s, IPA’s, Red Ale’s, Brown Ale’s, Lagers, Pilsners, Porter’s, and Stouts. We’ll also cover the plethora of flavor profiles, what hazy means, and unique and enjoyable sour’s.
