Street Art & Craft Beer Tour
Art, Beer & Connection
ABOUT THEStreet Art & Craft Beer Tour
Connect with new friends and experience top-selected beer and art on the Street Art & Craft Beer Tour. Your local guide has mapped out the best route to it all.
Our tour begins at Vancouver Island Brewing. We’ll make introductions and then get right into sampling some beers while we experience an exclusive, behind-the-scenes brewery tour.
After learning about the brew masters process and enjoying our beers we will head outside to make our way to our next location, Ile Sauvage Brewing, where wild fermentation is used to give them their unique flavors. Along the way we will take in the stunning street art murals that have been put up over the years.
Art & beer are two of the best windows into the local soul of a place. The art reflects the local moods, the culture, the history, the current events, the struggles, the triumphs, and even the weather. Each mural has it’s story and each story has it’s author, and we’ll do our best to connect you to both. You’ll leave with a sense of connection to the art, their artists and the area.
To conclude our tour, we’ll share our last beer samples and more laughs at Moon Under Water Brewpub, not far from where we started. We’ll say one final cheers here, leaving you with a good understanding of where to go next, in addition to how best to spend the rest of your visit.
Book now and prepare for great company and good vibes.

Stand in awe and let your imagination wander.
Before we get there we first learn about the wonderful creation of beer. How do they make the tasty batches of crisp clean lagers. You’ll find out through a terrific and in-depth brewery tour at Vancouver Island Brewing. This tour will cover the major players on beer field, including; Ale’s, Pale Ale’s, IPA’s, Red Ale’s, Brown Ale’s, Lagers, Pilsners, Porter’s, and Stouts. We’ll also cover the plethora of flavor profiles, what hazy means, and unique and enjoyable sour’s.
The street art ranges from stylized graffiti, to vibrant wall murals, to Banksy-esque wall stencils. Some artists leave us thinking about our most basic daily routines, while others are simply painting pretty pictures. After taking a moment to absorb every stunning detail, your local guide will encourage you to share your thoughts on the piece. Your guide will share statements, quotes, and commentary from the artists themselves, giving you the full picture.
You will emerge from the alleys feeling fresh and ready to enjoy the rest of your night with good company.
The tour is an easy walk outside, through the up and coming neighborhood of Rock Bay. Some may say it’s just the place with all the spectacular street art murals that sprawl throughout. Each mural has it’s story & each story has it’s author, & we’ll do our best to leave you with that sense of connection.
